Peter T had this to say about the operation of his Zipwakes at various speeds.

(His original question: I noticed something peculiar. It takes a lot of time to accelerate back to cruising speed after an 'Idle Speed-No Wake' zone. I have a Zipwake auto trim tab system, and it deploys to 100% when I slow down, and doesn't retract until I get back above 25mph. The pic shows I am at 21mph and they are still out tipping the boat forward and slowing me down! Anyone found a manual and know what is supposed to happen?

Answer: “When in doubt, Read The F**ing Manual. I found it easily, and went to have a look at my Auto Pitch Curve. It had my 'interceptors' 100% down all the way to 20 mph. (In the pic I had started adjusting the curve - 12 and14 mph are already reduced, then I thought to take a photo!)”

I continued to adjust the curve and ended up here. As you can see, I am at about 50% before 20 mph now. We shall see what happens. The manual does tell you how to adjust the curve on the fly - the roll wheel in the center-bottom is pitch, and when you have the boat at the angle you want, press down on the perimeter of the wheel (roll adjust) to save it.
